Lack of respect for religious beliefs

I have been a member of Virgin active balfour park since last year. The clientele at this particular branch is made up of a large amount of orthodox Jewish individuals with certain modesty beliefs. There is no place in the changing rooms to change modestly. No change rooms or closed showers. Many have asked if a few shower cubicles could have doors in order to ensure a little bit of privacy when showering. Management have said they cant do this as all branches need to be the same. So I have requested on many occasions that just a hook be put up on the inside wall of the shower so one can hang their towel inside the shower without having to step into the open area to be viewed by the public. It is not a major request to just put up some hooks so that those who dont want to display their naked bodies openly, have the ability to have their privacy respected. Nothing ever seems to get done and nooone seems to be following this up. Please help
