Poor facilities

The squash facilities at Virgin active Old Ed's are terrible. The water fountains don't work, when it rains it leaks in the passages. The worst though, is that the squash facilities aren't access controlled. More than once, after an early morning game, we've had to wait for the showers because random people off the street are using the facilities. This is just unacceptable, why am I paying to be there if I have to wait for people who aren't even Virgin active members to finish in the showers?
