Two weeks without aircon in spinning class!

Having a non functional aircon in the spinning class for two weeks and promising it to be functional "tomorrow" every day is unacceptable. We as members do not pay inferior membership fees - you do not have the right to provide inferior facilities.

The club is deteriorating as a whole. I have had more than one instance where there is no soap in the shower soap dispensers. Shower heads have been half blocked on many occasions (less so lately). The shower heads are coming apart and to top it all the music system in the spinning class played up this morning.

Virgin Active, get your act together - we are paying good membership fees.
