Over-promise and underdelive

I am a virgin customer now for the past year, at the Windhoek Virgin Active Branch. I pay my full membership on time every time. I was promised a full membership benefits. But Virgin is failing to deliver on that promise.

I am referring to the showers/bathroom. It is falling apart, most showers don't have shower doors anymore, there are a few showers were there is just no (none, nothing, zero) water coming through, and those where water do come through, the pressure is sooo low, that it will be quicker to wash out of a bucket. Most showers don;t have liquid soap anymore, that is if the soap dispenser is not broken already. A few showers also don't have the shower-shelf to put your shampoos etc on anymore.

I pay a full price for a full service. This showers have been broken like the above mentioned for the most part of this year. If this is the state all virgin gyms are operated/managed it would be best for others to cancel your subscription and try other gyms - I know that this is something I will do the moment I get the chance
