To who does virgin active belong? it seems that the Personal trainers are taking over!!! this is the 10th time that they 'BOOK' machines do the math... if there are 10 personal trainers with groups of 4-5 people each that is 50 clients during PEAK hours??? yesterday a Personal Trainer was busy with 1 machine and asked his client to go and just SIT on another machine so that nobody uses it... my Wife approached the client and immediatley the personal trainer walked to her and said sorry we are still going to be a while with a very bad attitude! after they are done with the equipment they also dont put the stuff away they just leave it there! I am not the only person that feels Virgin Active Moreleta Park (Parkview) is becoming worse by the day, earlier this week we had to leave again becuae it was too hot as the aircons were not working properly again.. excuse after excuse nothing has changed since last year October about the temprature in that gym.
