I joined Planet Fitness in Benoni on the 21/09/2012. Clever, the consultant, signed me up and debited my Edgars account with R2185.00. Discovery advised on the 22/09/2012 that as I was a member of Virgin, I first had to give Virgin a month's notice. I asked Clever on the 22/09/2012 to cancel my contract and refund the amount to my Edgars account. As of today, the money has not been refunded. I have spoken to Rulani, and left several messages with Gary, the club member and NONE OF THE MESSAGES have been returned.
This is disgusting and I am so frustrated with the lack of service and complete breach of contract.
