On 4 February 2014, when I called the call centre to transfer my membership from one club to another, I was asked to provide my ID number.
Upon doing so, the call centre consultant asked me to confirm my name and then proceeded to ask me if I was Indian because I did not "sound indian".
I do not think this is at all relevant and, in fact, I find it quite inappropriate and unprofessional.
