Absolutely disgusted with the Call Centre Service

In December I cancelled my Vitality contract and moved to Momentum, I then tried calling the call centre to transfer my contract, I could not get through to anyone and was kept on hold each time for 20 minutes and eventually ended the call. So disgusted with the call centre and service, my husband and I tried cancelling our membership entirely, he was successful I was told that I have to pay over R 2000 to cancel it. I then tried transferring it again to Momentum but was told that I need to go into the Club to do it, my husband took time off work to go to the club but was told there that it has to be done through Call centre then tried call centre and they told me that someone from Sales will call me to do it, I am still waiting, this morning tried following up and was then told that I need to do it at the Club. I mean seriously everyone has a different answer its pathetic. now because my contract has still not been moved I got debited with R509 which is the club premium which I dont have. It was done twice and was returned twice so I am sitting with R 180 unpaid charges. If my membership was converted I wouldnt have been debited with this amount. Highly irritated with all of this.
