A few weeks ago, I checked my bank statement only to realize that Virgin Active has been deducting monies for a membership that was cancelled back in September 2012!! I called and spoke to Vuyo who told me that she will call me back... every second day thereafter, I called... finally (2 weeks later)... i called in again, (TODAY!!) spoke to Vuyo, who played a recording asking for membership to be changed... NO CORRESPONDENCE to me, the member of that - not even a call... now I am told that my membership fees has increased??? after questioning it??? NOW TO SPREAD THE NEWS!!! Oh and apparently Vuyo mentions that she cannot do anything, because the guy that i spoke to doesnt work there any longer!!!??? MY OH MY! I then ask Vuyo if V Active is a company that cares... she says "Yes, are you going to hellopeter now? "... and further for sure!
