BAD TREATMENT

IM A LOYAL VIRGIN ACTIVE MEMBER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MBD THEY SAY I OWE VIRGIN ACTIVE FOR MY 2008 MEMBER SHIP.I CALLED THEIR HEAD OFFICE I SPOKE TO TRACEY LEE, SHE SAID SHE WILL INVESTIGATE AND CALL ME BACK AS A RESULT I HAD TO CALL HER BACK AS MBD IS ON MY CASE, THEN SHE TOLD ME I MUST PAY OR I CAN CANCEL MY CURRENT MEMBERSHIP.THEN I WENT TO MY BRANCH IN KARAGLEN I SPOKE TO JEFF WHO REFERED ME TO BRANCH IN GLEN MARAIS I SPOKE TO MPUMI SHABANGU AND EXPLAINED THE WHOLE MATTER SHE SAID SHE WILL COME BACK TO ME WHICH SHE DID NOT, I CALLED HER AS MY COOLING PERIOD OF MY CURRENT MEMBERSHIP FOR ME TO CANCEL WAS ON THE 14 JUNE 2013, SHE STILL TOLD ME SHE WILL COME BACK TO ME.I DID CANCEL MY 2008 MEMBERSHIP AS MY 12 MONTHS WAS OVER AND I HAD TO CHANGE PROVINCE BUT NOW THE STAFF THEN WAS INCOMPETENT IM THE 1 WHO SUFFERS FROM THEIR INCOMPETENCY
NO ONE AT VIRGIN ACTIVE CARES.IM VERY DISAPOINTED ABOUT THE WHOLE TREATMENT
