I am absolutely disgusted with Planet Fitness. Firstly NO ONE answers the call centre phones. Holding for 45 minutes is unacceptable. I eventually get through, then speak to an agent by the name of Ramphele (not sure of spelling) at 14:30 on 29/01/2014. She tells me that the systems are ONCE AGAIN DOWN. She tells me to hold & and I get CUT OFF after 63 minutes!
My contract has been cancelled with no prior / any notification. I took this up with Vitality as I am a vitality member. After much discussion, they eventually discovered that my contract was cancelled by Planet Fitness. I was NEVER informed!
I have never requested that my contract be cancelled. P/Fitness are now claiming I owe money?! I have NEVER received a statement or phone call indicating that I owe money. I have a contract... I paid a once off fee? If I am was in arrears why did NO one contact me?
I now am unable to gain access to my gym & and I apparently owe money! Have lost my vitality points due to unauthorised cancellation AND to top it off I can not get hold of anyone to rectify this! Perhaps I can send my invoice to P/F for my time wasted on this matter (which include phones bills).
