Weights Not Returned to Racks

In almost every session that I attend at this gym it has become apparent that management does not enforce rules with gym members. Specifically gym members in the free weights that area are not placing the weights they use back in the correct storage area (weight racks). The weights are generally left at the benches or in the open area where the gym member works out. Not only myself but other members have to walk around the gym to find the weights. This is a policy rule not only for convenience & neatness but also for safety reasons. It is extremely frustrating. I do not expect the trainers in the gym to walk around and clean up after members, that is not their job or function, they are qualified professionals not housekeeping. Management needs to step up and enforce the rules. What about posing a penalty to members if they are caught doing this or reported for not complying. You have cameras in the gym right.???! Simple Penalty... not entrance to the gym for a month.
