I ordered several products from BIOVEA which were allegedly shipped on 16th December 2013 out of South Africa. Though they said I would have my products in 15days, I have not received the products, there is no tracking information and my emails have gone unanswered. Does anyone have a number I can call? A lot of money is involved and I feel aggrieved to be treated like this.
