I have submitted an enquiry to Planet Fitness head office regarding a debit order issue via all possible methods. I have sent multiple emails to the customer service centre addressing Ravie but no response from him nor an agent Kgosi who I dealt with. I have called and left several messages for Ravie to contact me obviously I don't get a response. I try call the customer service centre and hold on for 15 minutes without anyone even picking up, this service is absolutely shocking! I started with this enquiry last year already and there has been absolutely no progress, not a response to my emails or a call. Very disappointed in Planet Fitness and will never be a member again! The only way for us as customers to sort out issues is via the call centre and that's an absolute joke!
