I am a member for the past 5yrs with a national membership and i have complimented the staff at the virgin clubs that i have visited for their consistant level of professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness. most of the fitness instructors are friendly with lot of enthusiusm which makes us look forward to training with them however there are those who outshine others.with this being said i am happy with virgin active.
Let me single out one club i frequent a lot over the past 5yrs, the Durban workshop, i like it with their numerous effective cardio classes which is the reason i go there more often, however i have a problem and i have raised it at the front desk many times but nothing has been done regarding the STEP CLASSES. I and many others find them unaccomodative in terms of beginners, intermediate and advcance, there are'nt step classes that accomodate new people, you enter the studio and feel like you've catched the wrong bus because it's advanced and the instructor (Dennis) does'nt care about new ppl, he does his advanced movements and leaves.i have raised my concerns but was told that there are classes that can accomodate me which are during the day, INCONVINIENCE coz i'm @ work by
