Which is it?

We are a group of friends that frequently exercise in the studio after the classes. We exercise in a group and the only available space that's big enough is the studio. But the air is off. We were granted access to Menlyn gym in October on account of the air being restored in Watermeyer, nut when we came back the air still wasn't working. First they told us that it worked on a timer then they said that they shut it down to save electricity, then they said it was broken, and lastly that it only worked when their was classes. Virgin active does not provide members with cross-fit classes so we are forced to do them on our own. We pay the same amount as any other member but we are left without the classes we want, a air that doesn't work and staff that doesn't even know what's "WRONG" with their air. One night their wasn't even a fan and we asked Elijah if we could get one or two and he blatantly told us that it wasn't his problem and that if it bothered us we had to exercise outside the studio.(Were theirs no space) This kind of treatment is unacceptable and I suggest Virgin Active looks into it and try to solve the air mystery so we can do what we go their for!
