Out of 8 clubs in the Pretoria area Centurion was the only club to offer consecutive yoga workouts before 08h00 in the morning and even better with the same instructor. The classes are rather well attended!
These classes have recently been stopped for the winter months due to a forecast of poor attendance.
This is a really poor example to set by Virgin Active who should rather actively be motivating individuals to continue with their exercise routines throughout the year, especially the winter months!
It is difficult enough to train and keep motivation levels high, no one needs the gyms to add to that! Never mind the seriously steep gym fees that are payed for throughout the year. Maybe Virgin Active should give its members 50% off gym fees during winter months too then?
