Paying my account handed ove

I froze my account at the gym for some months in 2012, then without me knowing about it the account unfroze and started running up until one day I got a call from Norman Bissett and Associates. My account was handed over for collection by them. After speaking with them in July we agreed that I can pay R100 a month to settle the account (which I had no problem doing). I asked if they will send me an official email from the company with their banking details and the outstanding amount just to confirm everything. All I got was a SMS. I paid the first R100 and waited for the email from them. After never receiving the email and not paying again waiting for the email I got several calls from Norman and Bissett, telling every person i speak to, to send me an email then i'll gladly continue paying. In December I spoke to another guy from Norman and Bissett and to my shock an extra -R400 was added for "call and admin cost". After telling the person that its due to their lack to send me the email for months that I now need to pay the extra money. The guy got unbelievably rude and after just saying "we will send you the email" he dropped the phone in my ear just to never receive anything.
