Settlement letter received from Virgin Active confirming account closed. Charges then added to the account after the settlement date by Virgin. Account handed over to Norman Bissett for debt collection and they cannot comprehend that you cannot add costs to a closed account. They repeatedly act like they do not understand my reasoning and continue to seek payment of the account without consulting their client with my point of view.
I have asked them to contact me on the phone and I am still waiting for their call while they continually added legal costs to the account.
Terrible experience!!!
