Last year i had an overdue on my MTN account until i paid it up and cancelled the contract. Now they have handed me over to the lawyers which i dont know why, as i have been calling them to find out what was the balance for and no one could help me. MTN consultants told me they cant pick up my details on thier system and can not help me!!! what suprises me is how did they hand over my account whereas they can not tell me excatly what is the balance for??? on the 03/02/2014 i recieved as sms from Norman Bissett and i called spoke to Sibusiso and his got a nerve to tell me i should pay as i owe the money, i asked him what is the outsanding for cause i have been calling MTN and no one could help me he could not give me the details all he can say is he will send me his statement to say how much i owe them!!! am not going to pay something i dont have aclue what is it for, i have cancelled the contract and paid them off so MTN must just leave me alone and pull my name from the lawyers and i dont want to be contacted by the arrogant consultants from Norman Bissett!!!
