After my last report about Planet Fitness in Rosebank, where I celarly stated my disability I was given a response stating that I signed a legal document and that it is basically my ptoblem.
I clearly stated that I have and issue with my eye sight, and provided proof to the Club General Manager, and clearly stated that the contract was read out to me and it was pointed to me where I needed to sign. Certain financial obligations were withheld. eg. "Yearly Maintenance Fee" Which deducted double the amount I expected to pay.
Had I know about this cost that was not specified to me, I could have planned for it, but since the rep "Thomas" was reading the contract to me, I signed it in good faith that obligations like these were not withheld from me?
I am disgusted with the service I have received, I feel like I have been exploited based on my disability, and after reporting this incident I am SICKENED by the response from so called "customer services".
What else was withheld? -My disability is also not specified on the contract accoding to the general manager?
Is this normal acceptable practice? -or are your standards just extremely low?
