Undue continued harassment

I am, and have been under debt review for close on 4 years now. ALL my creditors are paid, as by requirement from the PDA I am assigned to.

From December 2013, I, as well as my wife AND my father (who is a pensioner and NOT liable for my debts) have received numerous text messages, automated calls and live calls pertaining to my Edgars account.

1.Norman Bissett & Associates Group claim that I am not under debt review on their system.
2.Norman Bissett & Associates Group, has not forwarded me an email address so I may put my debt counsellor in touch with them (even though these details has been telephonically given to the call center agent harassing me at that time.
3.Today at approximately 11:00, it was confirmed by a call center agent that Norman Bissett & Associates Group WAS paid by my PDA in January again and that I am under debt review.
4.At 13:43 another Norman Bissett & Associates Group call center agent phoned me to "make an arrangement"

Please explain to me what I need to do to have this harassment from Norman Bissett & Associates Group ended?
