Virgin Increases Premiums, Decreases Quality

First of all, how do you get to an increase of over R50 per month from one month to the next? Management must be stupid? We had an increase two months ago. HOW DOES IT MAKE SENSE IN YOUR LITTLE BRAIN TO ASK ANOTHER INCREASE OF OVER R50? Spare me the bull, your service isn't worth the filthy toilets you have your meetings in. Secondly why does the water fountain stop cooling the water after 20 seconds each time? Are we not paying enough as it is? Do we suddenly pay R50 more in premiums for room temp water? And then, which goes to show how disgusting and greedy you all are, I saw with my own eyes how staff at the Lonehill branch thinned out the soap bottles with water. What kind of a cheap- are you running? Don't we pay the sudden extra R50 for some hygiene? Maybe your standards are lower than mine, but hey, my premiums are high enough for the both of us so that falls on incompetent unhygienic management. I can't wait to hear what lame reasons I'm going to get for the sudden increase - I hope its from someone literate so that he/she reads this first... evidently I pay more... for less.
