I had an account with Virgin Active which eventually went into arreas a few months ago. Then recently i got a call from a sales consultant (Ephraim) from Virgin Active in Vodaworld offering me a discounted settlement figure so that i may return to gym. He advised that once I pay the amount, they would offer me a new contract/account. I then made a cash payment to settle the account and a new account was created for me with new information such as my new banking details. I then started going to gym, then a few days later my access was blocked and when i enquired i was again told that my account is in arreas. To my surprise, apparently they re-opened the old account and closed the new one. So my debit order kept bouncing because the old account had my old banking details. I then went to the branch to enquire on numerous occasions up until this day i have not had any feedback and i have not been going to gym. All i want is for the mess to sorted out so that I can start going to gym again.
