Poor service at Gym

I cancelled a contract with the gym and the still debiting my account, on top of that the I have had issues with the putting my Standard bank account in a negative balance after I was not happy with their contract by sending unnecessary debits to my account. I have contacted and emailed they so many time but still they are not following up on this issue
