I raised a complaint here a month ago explaining how zone fitness is ripping people off by keeping taking money from their accounts unaware even after canceling with them, then my complaint was passed to them and two days ago a man from the gym phoned me asking many questions pretending to solve my issue and he promised to contact me again and make sure they stop trying to keep taking money from my account or sending me threats if I don't keep money for them to take. But just now I received another call from zone fitness giving me options to press one to get transferred to a consultant and I did that just to find out it was some sort of agency that works for zone fitness that was telling me I owe them R2920 that I have no idea what is it for because I never even used their gym I cancelled within three days after I joined but they did not end my contract. I know six more people who are victims of this same zone fitness corrupt way of dealing with clients. If there is justice that is what I'm asking from this site to help me and many more other victims of selfish and corrupt businesses like zone fitness to be free from their clever ways of ripping us off by using their papers.
