Today I receive call from your DVL attorneys claiming that I owe Zone fitness R4530.03 for what??? lady could not explain to me was shocked. I sign a contract with zone fitness at the end of 2011.and I attended your gym 3 days and I did not had any chance to go to gym. I gave you my banking details, my contacts and my address and my alt numbers and friends.
first you stopped debiting my account am not sure why because I did not authorize my bank to stop your debits and did not even change the banks. Secondly you did not even contacted me or sent me any letters that I owe you.and the last thing that you did you handed my account to DVL in October last year 2012 without consulting me and now I receive a call from DVL today 29/05/2013 after 8 months, after this account accumulated a lot on interest.and this account has created very bad credit record. Am taking this to my Lawyers and am looking forward on suing zone fitness for not following a procedure and creating bad credit record on my name because of this account I have been struggling to take any account.watch out am taking this to court. I know my rights.and you will clear my name from the ICT. and wont pay R4500 for your faulty.
