Debiting my account with different refence no's

I had been using the facilities for a year after signing a two month contract and the following year lost my job but still continued to pay until September. I was contacted by Vithush and told him that I can no longer continue to pay as I have no source of income and he sympathised and told me he will hold my debits of which he didn't. I had asked for a cancellation seeing that a lot of people I knew had also cancelled with no worries but because he saw my vulnerability he didn't and is now telling me that because I don't want to pay the remaining one month left he is going to charge me double the subscription and is not prepared to sign my cancellaton slip. When money came into my account, I had to pay almost R400 bank charges due to the debits he was making in my account which he said he had stopped and was not prepared to refund me the charges. I told him that for the mere fact that Zone Fitness went into my account double debited my account in a space of two weeks on a monthly contract, he will not be getting another cent from me and he said he will call his lawyers on me, even after I said to him I am willing to make an arrangement to pay.
