I have been transferred to our PE offices from cape town, i was more than happy to move my account to ZONE FITNESS in PE just to find out they do not have one in PE. They now want me to pay a 40% cancellation fee for me and my Fiance.
i find this to truly be taking advantage of the customer, if i had a other option i would not have cancelled the contract but surely they can not expect me to drive 700km to go to the gym?
i am really disappointed with ZONE Fitness.
