They won't help me at all for the past 2 years and they still keep deducting money from me even though I am not in the gym from 2011 when I had 2 accidents and they wouldn't freeze my account so I had to still pay 8 months of gym fees. I went in so many times and spoke to so many people working there but they all gave me telling me they will sort it out. I did transfer from there to another club where I needed to pay R 395, 00 and after 6 months they only came back to me telling me it's declined. So PLEASE can someone HELP me with these savages that is still taking a lot of my money. Payed in R 1200, 00 for a black tag in cash they didn't even make may black tag work and I still can't get into the gym!!!
