I then went to speak to the manager Shane who promised to sort it in a week's time but didn't when I went back to my surprise my tag was not working anymore and the lady at the reception override me to enter and said my membership is cancelled, funny because it was 24 months membership and its been 6months already, when I got to Shane's office he was not there I phoned him he told me he was busy he can't see me then I asked him to phone me of which he didn't and he is ignoring me since all I need is the full amount of R6255 deducted from my account, am not going to that place ever, the consultant got attitude, especially Themba he was telling me not to make my problems his as he does not work with money well he forgot I signed the contract with him and its his fault I payed more the first time.
