My Friend is a member at Planet Fitness. She has been waiting for two months for her black tag! They told her that they needed her bank account number so she responded and still nothing has been done. She's been there six times in the past two months and no one has an answer. She sent an email two weeks ago and still no response. How can you promote joining your club if you can't even handle your current members? Is this how you treat someone who is eager to gym? Virgin Active is by far so much more convenient, but she chose Planet Fitness because of the welcoming environment in the beginning. Funny how you're willing to hook someone in the beginning, but once the debit orders start going through you don't care? Quite pathetic and embarrassing!
