Virgin Active Refund Request

I am still being debited the full amount for my membership even though I have converted to Momentum. I have only received feedback that a query is pending in my name, and I have to call in and wait on the line for ever before I am told that it is being investigated.
I am also waiting for a refund from January 2013 and I think that I have been patient enough, I need this matter sorted out ASAP.
I have been dealing with a consultant Therezane Heynes, who has provided me some feedback, however it is not her fault that this is not being dealt as urgent.
Never the less - "I WANT MY REFUND ASAP!!! "
