I placed a double order with Biovea in August. I paid & received confirmation of payment & dispatch. i never have received the product. i had to continuously email them to make them aware of this to which i got a standard auto reply that is forwarded to many people & i have see this on the other reports. They seem to have a number of standard replies they just copy & paste. they informed me they were so sorry about the inconvenience & i must provide banking details so they can refund me. thats fair. but to date & NUMEROUS emails i have not received a cent back. just one standard auto reply email after the next. i just want my money back & never to have to deal with this sloppy company ever again. dont use them people!
