Second time non delivery!

I order over R300 worth of goodies from Biovea. After waiting for two months I wrote them an email to ask where my stuff was. They answered by saying that sometimes things get lost or in the post and they will gladly refund me my money if I send them my banking details. I did not feel comfortable with doing that because I never got to speak to anyone, there is no names on the emails they send you, no telephone numbers and no address. I told them so and they said they could give me store credit instead. I accepted and made an order for the credit. Then two months later I sent a not so friendly email saying that I again haven't received my order and they must not tell me its lost or because I have ordered stuff from Israel, UK and China after I ordered with Biovea and I received all my goods from the other stores. They sent me the exact same email as the first time saying they will refund my money if I send them my banking details. I will not do that. I am sure if I tell them so they will probably again tell me that they'll give me store credit. Is this just a vicious cycle of from them? I know it is not a lot of money but its the principle that makes me mad.
