I have had 4 calls from Virgin Active within the last 3 days.
My son has just turned 18 and they are wanting to renew his membership.
I have to say that at this last call I got irritated!!! Does your system not say that 3 other consultants have already called me to ask for a memebership renewal!
I AM NOT READY TO PAY R1300 for a student membership and I have told the consultants that and they still phone.
STOP CALLING ME
If I want a memebership I will call you now.
BUT TO BE RUDE AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY FACE - THAT'S UNACCEPTABLE!!! I could have done the same thing - but I have more manners than that
