My previous complaint about the lack of discipline on the Super Circuit has never been addressed by Virgin Active Management. To date I still run the gauntlet of being verbally abused or physically assaulted by ill disciplined Virgin Active members. Although I have made several attempts to have a meeting with Ross Faragher- Thomas (MD), all have been cancelled by him for some or other reason. The last was made more than a month prior to the scheduled date, cancelled one day before the meeting for some obscure reason..

Clearly membership is about money in the bank and feet through the door, nothing else!
