Since I started my membership in June 2011, I've had endless problems, starting with my debit orders not going through. Only found this out after they invoiced me 5 months unpaid membership fees. It was discovered that they never added my debit order details. I then paid the amount, but was again not allowed access because I was again behind. Found that instead of paying of the arrears they just added it to the following month fees. So I was still in arrears. Now I had an account issue where according to them I was not up to date. It took them 3 weeks to get back to me, but only because I had to continuously contact them and follow up. I just found out about my annual increase in fees which supposedly is linked to CPI which is around 6%, but they linked it to 10%. Insane. Now I also find out that I have to pay a yearly Levy. Why should I pay a levy if my membership increases annually???

I urge you not to even think about joining this institute because you will be resolving issues, more than exercising.
