Free bag for club v membership

Hi,

I saw a promo on the virgin active website related to the clubv/free bag membership. I went to the Soweto branch but informed me that they had 15 bags which are now out of stock, I signed on two kids and I promised them bags that I now can't deliver.

As a virgin active member, I am unhappy that an arrangement cannot even be made to have the bags ordered...
I am really not satisfied.
