I skipped one month's payment of membership fees, and appealed to have it wavered, as I had a month-to-month contract, and did not intend training for that month. A virgin active representative from my club resonded to my appeal and confirmed that the waiver of my fees for that month would not be possible. I then wrote to the the MD's blog, and got a response from a Customer Care staff member, Nawaal, at the Head Office. He explained the situation of my membership and confirmed the club's policy, but extended a gesture of goodwill to clear the arrears of my membership and that I was free to return to training at any time I wished.
This is the best service I received from a provider in a very long time, and I am so grateful for this, I intend registering my daughter as member of Virgin Active, after considering it for a long time.
