Went to virgin active last year because my wife wanted to use the gym and a lady by the name of Samantha assisted us all the paperwork was signed and she said when we come back to the gym she will process the paperwork and give us copies but we did not have time to go back and Samantha already processed the membership with no phone call from her and gym has not been used once today i get a call from legal department saying i owe them R1 418-01 which i must pay other wise they going to list me as a bad payer.
