So I have been waiting for a week now for someone at Planet Fitness to contact me. I have called head office and left my complaint with a 'customer service' agent - and I use that term loosely. I have left complaints at the gym on the little keypad they leave for comments on complaints. I have posted a message on the PF website and NO ONE can be BOTHERED to call me or respond to my complaints. So here is my 4th method of some sort of acknowledgement. Complaint - why have Grit sessions been cancelled without consultation or pre-warning at Fourways gym in the Queenax area when this area is HARDLY used! Can someone please get off their bum and contact me like today about my complaints about this Les Mills sessions as well as the really grotty and sub-standard equipment we are forced to train on. If no-one can be bothered to call me I am sure Virgin would love my monthly subscription I am currently wasting at PF. Won't hold my breath for a response
