Make sure you look at your account as my account came out of dormancy after 6 months, Virgin Active failed to inform me that my account is now active. Due to my travels I was not aware of this, only after about 3-4 months of secretly bleeding my account. I became aware of this when I was short of money promptly approached Virgin Active, who offered me no sympathy and tied me up with legal small print. The unfairness of this is appalling, I feel that I have been "Legally Robed"!
