Wrong debit amount - Month 1

I joined the Centurion gym 1st October2013 via Nicolas (sale consultant)
Contract signed was 292 via Sanlam reality discount
I then added my daughter Age 15 as Nicolas Informed me she could gym for free until 18 paid 100 rand for tag and 5 rand for admin
A week later I requested to upgrade to black so my wife could join us paid 7 rand
In total my debit order should be R292 99 = 391 correct?
Below debited from my account
o Fri 01 Nov 2013 PF GYM FEE-SC16812500000000243 R292.00
o Tue 29 Oct 2013 PF GYM FEE-SC16812500000000228 R492.00
o Wed 16 Oct 2013 PLANETFS 68562881PLANET131016 R7.00
Plus Sanlam inform me that there is no record that I have joined a gym
My access is blocked at the gym and have to explain the story to every planet fitness staff member
I now in writing request your Financial department contact person, a statement.
Since I signed a debit order I would like to know what is planet fitness going to do to change my experience?
As I am only at this gym for a month and according to customer protection act I am in my full right to cancel this contract
