Hello everyone out there - just to let you know if you are thinking of joining a gym please dont even THINK of using Virgin Active, I beg you! Their head office refuses to acknowledege any of my 3 emails sent to them and their call centre refuses to acknowledge recepit of the emails even though I have sent it 3 times in the last 2 weeks, to 2 different email addresses specified by them. This is supposed to be a huge international company but the service, or should I say "disservice" is falbbergasting - its unreal. So, if you want to join a gym, choose a cheap one (as you know Virgin is quite pricey) because let me tell you, you are wasting your time paying for a brand name - this is one brand you dont want to be associated with, For those locked into a contract, I feel for you terribly.
