Asked twice, no feedback

Hi,

I have called Virgin active twice in the last two weeks and all I want is a copy of my Gym contract. Every time I call I get that friendly response "We'll send it right away", but nothing ever comes. I know my Email is on their system due to the fact that I received a "Welcome to Virgin Active email". As a new member i'm thinking of cancelling my contract just on the grounds of a bad service centre.
