My fiance has recently joined VA, Gardens. One day he forgot he's watch in the locker, and ran back 2 minutes later when he had realised, and it was gone. IN A SPAN OF 2 MINUTES. He reported to the info desk imm, and spoke to Stephen who advised him to get a quote and then, with the quote, lodge an incident report. The day after, he called to find out if anything had surfaced, the gym had then promised him a call-back, which he never received. When he returned with the req documentation he was advised by a 2nd manager that the documentation is in fact for personal insurance (Zulpha), but he should leave the docs with her and she will take care of it. After 2 weeks we had heard nothing, I called the gym and spoke to Sean. Sean advised me that he has heard about it, but nothing had been done yet! Sean then advised me that he will speak to the GSM Carl and that Carl would contact us by COB. My fiance received a call from Carl the following week, politely stating that they have a disclaimer, but the form will be lodged anyway (nonchalantly). A few days later we politely rec'd a letter from the insurance stating that they will not be held responsible!! WHAT PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
