Good day
on 08.01.13 my boyfriends locker was broken into amongst several other members. His cell phone and money was from his locker which was locked. When he reported the incident to the front desk, they advised (non nonchalantly) a manger will call him the next day. He is still waiting for their call! He went to inquire today, and again (non nonchalantly) someone from the front desk advised him they are unsure what will happen. They have apparently found a suspect to the incident of all the lockers broken into.
Now what? Who will be held accountable for the goods?
Why do I always have to report to Hello Peter?
This is unacceptable! the service, the security, the cleanliness etc... I found another cockroach in the steam room. Besides the awful rumors from other members...
I trust I will receive your urgent response seeing that my boyfriend DOES NOT HAVE A CELL PHONE!!!
As per my boyfriend. He feels we should no longer be members of Virgin Active and the least he expects is his cell phone reimbursed!
