I called Carl, and advised that the BMW car that i purchased by them are giving problems, he then without any hesitation requested me to drop of the car. I was constantly kept up to date with the progress by phone calls as well as by email. Carl took alot of slap from me but always remained calm and spoke with dignity. He also assured me that if i do experience any other problems, i should call him anytime, even at night, he will take care of my problems.
Carl is truly a champion when it comes to customer service, he is caring the flag of Willow Crest Motors. I feel very honoured to be dealing with Carl as i know that i can depend on him. He does not make any empty promises that he cannot keep.
