I finance my car with MFC and contacted the online email address 6 weeks ago and asked for a quote to increase my monthly instalments. I received no feedback after 5 days and initially was advised I would get a reply in 48 hours. NOTHING.
I called the call centre and spoke to a lady there who said that she would email the quotes department with all my details and my request and that they would get back to me. We spoke for about 10 minutes. She took down my query and read back my query/request to me before we ended the call. To date, I have received NOTHING.
Last week I emailed the care line and was advised that I would be contacted within 48 hours. STILL NO REPLY and it's 3 days later.
All I want to do is find out what my remaining term will be if I increase my instalments to a certain amount every month.
